Some clones would still remain, but the Empire would look to a cheaper alternative to increase troops. As more civilians joined up to serve the Empire and as the years went on, cloning would become obsolete.
However, Jango Fett would eventually no longer be needed by Darth Sidious/ Emperor Palpatine as a template for the clone troopers, now rebranded and taken over by stormtroopers. With the end of the war and demise of the Jedi, now the two Fetts could travel more freely throughout the galaxy. Father and son would have to lay low during the duration of the clone wars to avoid any Republic entanglements, helping out Dooku and the Separatists as needed. The two Fetts would have a target on their backs from the Republic and the Jedi.
Jango would continue on as he had before Jango and Boba would hunt bounties together as father and son. With death avoided, the bounty hunter known as Jango Fett would do what he does best, bounty hunting. If Jango somehow avoided death at the hands of the purple lightsaber-wielding Jedi Master Mace Windu, Fett would have cleared out of the arena once the clone troopers arrived, collecting Boba and heading off somewhere safe.
